Terms
The deal, in the same plain language as everything else here. Using Career Atlas means you are fine with what follows.
Last updated 29 October 2026
What you get
A board of open roles, free, with no account needed to browse it. Signing in adds the things that have to belong to a person: match scores against your resume, saved roles, application tracking, referral requests, posting jobs and alerts.
We list jobs across India and remote. A city on the map with no roles yet is marked coming soon — that is a launch decision, not a bug, and we would rather say so than let you find out by searching an empty city.
What it costs you
Nothing. There is no candidate tier, no paywall on referrals, and no upsell we are holding back. If that ever changes for something new, what is free today stays free.
What we ask of you
- Upload a resume that is yours, and keep it honest — a match score built on a fiction helps nobody, least of all you.
- Use referrals in good faith. Someone on the other side is spending their own credibility on you.
- Do not scrape, resell or automate against the board.
- One account per person. Verified contacts exist so a referral means something.
Where the listings come from
Some jobs on Career Atlas are posted by a person — someone who works at the company, a recruiter, or a candidate who found the role and shared it. Each of those shows who posted it, and a “Verified” badge appears only when that person proved, through their work email, that they work at the company.
The others are publicly available listings read from company careers pages, mostly through the public job-board APIs those companies use. We identify ourselves as CareerAtlasBot with a contact address (chunduruhemanth2002@gmail.com), we honour robots.txt, and we read at a deliberate rate. Each of those listings is labelled “From the company’s careers page” and links to the employer’s own posting, and any employer who would rather not be listed can say so and will be removed.
If you post a job
- You are responsible for what you post. Post only roles that are real and open, that you have the right to share, and describe them accurately.
- Do not post anything misleading, discriminatory or unlawful, ask applicants for money, or use a post to collect people’s details for anything other than the role.
- Your first name is shown on every job you post, as “Posted by”. If you are verified at the company and leave “Receive referral requests for this job” on, candidates can send you referral requests for that job.
- We check posts lightly, not exhaustively. A post we could not check carries an “unverified” label; that is not a promise the others are open.
- We can remove any job, at any time, for any reason, with or without telling you first, and limit or close the account behind it.
- Jobs come off the board on the date you chose, thirty days by default. We remove nothing from your own history of what you posted.
What we do not promise
We do not promise you a job, an interview, a reply, or that any listing is still open — roles are posted by employers and close on their schedule, not ours. Match scores are our best read of a fit, not a prediction and not a guarantee.
Salary bands, ratings and office locations are shown as we have them. Treat them as a starting point for a conversation, not as an offer.
Referrals are free, in both directions
Nobody pays to request a referral and nobody is paid to give one. There is no bounty, no commission and no priority for sale. A referrer who asks you for money is not operating within these terms — tell us at support@careeratlas.co.in and we will act on it.
Ending it
You can stop at any time, and deleting means deleting — see the privacy policy for exactly what goes and how to ask. We may close an account that is being used to defraud or harass other people; that is the only reason we would.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that actually affects you, we will say so on this page and move the date at the top. We will not quietly rewrite a promise you relied on.
