• Referrals are free. Always. There is no payment, payout or bounty anywhere in the product, and there should never be one.
• Candidates never pay. Nothing about your search — match scores, referrals, alerts, the whole map — is behind a price.
• No pay-to-win ranking. An employer cannot buy a higher match score or a brighter pin. Your resume decides the order.
• Your resume file never leaves your device. It is read in your browser; only the parsed profile is ever sent anywhere. See the privacy policy.

Atlasy is live in Bengaluru & Hyderabad. Two cities with real depth beats fourteen with thirty roles each, and we would rather be genuinely useful somewhere than thinly present everywhere.
